Chartered Management Accountant who has worked with organisations spanning Financial Services, Banking, Law Enforcement and Construction. Drawing on my diverse background, for the past 15 years, my focus has been shaping, leading and delivering change programmes in the Healthcare sector (NHS) and Central Government. This guarantees that I offer a distinct viewpoint on change, emphasising the necessity of harmonising cost-effectiveness with outcomes beyond financial considerations.
